No, due to the essential oils in Pitch Black we don't advice children under the age of seven to use our product.

How long does one tub of Pitch Black toothpaste last?

The duration that one tube of Pitch Black toothpaste lasts depends on how often it is used and the amount used per application. Typically one tub should last approximately 1-2 months. We've had clients who have used the toothpaste up to 3 months, it really depends on the frequency and amount you apply.

Does Pitch Black toothpaste have a strong taste or smell?

Pitch Black toothpaste has a strong, yet refreshing flavour and peppermint scent. Using Pitch Black to brush your teeth for 3 mins with gentle strokes will give you a deep clean feeling as though you've just visited the hygienist.

Can Pitch Black toothpaste be used by people with a history of oral pain or other oral health issues?

It's always best to consult with a dentist before using any new oral care products if you have a history of oral pain or other oral health issues. Pitch Black has had wonderful success with clients who have a history of oral health issues. Some clients who've had gingivitis report healthier gums and less bleeding. A case study with one particular client with periodontal disease say they found the toothpaste too strong for their needs, however after a visit with their dentist to control the disease with laser treatment, they were able to use the toothpaste again, which not only helped to combat harmful bacteria build up, but increased the strength of their gums, which resulted in very happy subsequent visits to the dentist.
